Foundry pattern design for sand casting is something that we are experts in. Our design engineers have over 20 years experience of pattern making that began by hand on the bench.

Our clients are foundries and pattern making companies, both in the UK and further afield who require our foundry pattern expertise. They have a workload that requires extra resource, a different skill set or expertise that requires little support and can deliver the required designs within time tightscales.

Our clients have some of the most complex castings to achieve and we support them by offering advice on the most effective pattern to produce their design.

We are really flexible in our approach. The majority of our work is completed in our CAD office in Manchester. From here we are able to use online meeting platforms to discuss designs and we work as an engineering team to complete the workload. We can also be onsite to understand your requirements, support design meetings and ensure smooth transition of data.
