Foundry tooling design is an area that we are experts in. We have over 20 years experience within the sand casting industry in aluminium, iron and steel foundries. We understand the most complex pattern requirements and have always been able to support projects both onsite and remotely.

Our exciting news is that we have recently partnered with a trusted and knowledgeable pattern manufacturer, so we can now offer our customers a complete tooling service.

We can work with you to design your parts for manufacture, create mould packs and tooling and then deliver the patterns all within often tight deadlines.

We are keen to visit foundries, say ‘hello’ in person and show you some of the projects that we have worked on. That way, if you ever need our support then you know who we are and what we can achieve!

We are based in Manchester which means that we are located centrally and so even our most distant clients in the UK can be visited in a day. We currently have clients across the country from Scotland to the South Coast. Once projects are live and running then we often use web conferencing to discuss updates, design proposals and for project sign off.
